The 3-Step Import

📥

Export

Export your data from Audible (via ALE) or Libby (export or history view). Prefer files? Use CSV / XLSX.

☁️

Upload

Go to Upload and drop your file(s) or screenshots. We parse titles, authors, dates, and progress.

📊

See Your Dashboard

Instantly view Series and Non-Series layouts, progress bars, and what’s next in a series.

Import from Audible

We support exports using ALE (Audible Library Extractor). No Audible passwords needed.

Steps

  1. Export your library using ALE to a .csv or .xlsx.
  2. Go to Upload → Upload Audible file in AudiobookLog.
  3. Drop the file. We’ll parse title, author, and key fields automatically.
  4. Open your Series dashboard — progress will be linked where possible.

Tip: If some titles don’t match a series yet, they’ll appear under Non-Series and auto-link later as new series data is added.

What We Extract

  • • Title & Author
  • • ASIN (when present) to improve series matching
  • • Purchase / completed dates (if available)

We do not ask for your Audible credentials.

Import from Libby

Use Libby’s export or history screen. We accept CSV/XLSX and even screenshots.

Steps

  1. Export your reading/listening history from Libby (CSV), or take screenshots of your history.
  2. Go to Upload → Upload Libby file (or Upload Screenshot).
  3. Drop the file(s). We’ll extract title and author and match to series.

What We Extract

  • • Title & Author
  • • Status (Borrowed/Completed) when present
  • • Dates where available

Screenshots are processed with OCR to pull title/author.

Prefer Screenshots?

Just upload them — we’ll do the text recognition for you.

Good to Know

  • • Clear images = better recognition accuracy.
  • • You can upload multiple screenshots at once.
  • • We’ll deduplicate and match to known series automatically.

  • • You control your data. Delete uploads anytime.
  • • Series matching happens automatically as new data is added — no public sharing of your library.

FAQ

Do you store my Audible/Libby passwords?

No. We only use files or screenshots you upload.

What if a book doesn’t match a series?

It appears in Non-Series temporarily. As series data grows (or ASINs align), we automatically link it and update your dashboards.

Can I add books manually?

Yes — use Tools → Manually Add Books. We’ll still try to match them to a series later.

Is this free?

Yes — AudiobookLog is free during open beta. See Pricing for details.
